JCIIS held the Graduate tutor work Conference

The International School held the Graduate tutor work Conference on the afternoon of February 28th.Teacher Yang Fan from the Department of teaching affairs presided over the meeting. Instructors including Professor Wang Aihong from School of Art and Design and Associate Professor Zhao Lantao from School of Ceramic Art attended the meeting.

Mrs.Yang introduced in detail the relevant teaching arrangements of the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year for postgraduate and doctoral graduates’.The participants discussed and exchanged views on the teaching arrangement, graduation process and requirements of international students under the normal prevention and control situation of the epidemic.

It is agreed that the epidemic has made the study of international students who are facing greater difficulties and challenges, our university  management department and student tutors must make every effort to ensure good service.For graduates who do not return to school, we will communicate with students through online platforms and other channels to ensure that students understand the graduation requirements and procedures, and guide the improvement of graduation thesis writing and works creation.For graduates who are normally in school, The tutor should further guide and improve the quality of graduation thesis and works.The International School will also fully cooperate to understand and help the students overcome various practical difficulties, and try to ensure that the international students successfully graduate under the epidemic situation .
