JCI was Elected a Member of Council of the China- Europe Education Alliance for Humanities and Arts
On June 27, the founding conference of the China- Europe Education Alliance for Humanities and Arts was held in Beijing. JCI was successfully selected a member of council of the China- Europe Education Alliance for Humanities and Arts.
President Ning Gang and Vice-Chancellor Feng Hao attended the founding conference and were respectively elected member of the Council of the Alliance and member of the Expert Committee of the Alliance. More than 150 people attended the meeting, including representatives from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and representative of European countries in China.
It is understood that the China-Europe Education Alliance for Humanities and Arts was jointly established by the Ministry of Education's Center for Humanities Exchange, 28 schools with expertise or characteristics in humanities and arts education and enthusiasm for China-EU humanities and arts exchanges, enterprises, institutions and social organizations. The Alliance will focus on building a high-end platform for people-to-people exchanges, art education and industry cooperation in the field of arts, and contribute to scientific research and discipline construction in art education, brand cultivation and achievement accumulation for high-level people-to-people exchanges between China and the UK, France, Germany and the European Union, as well as people-to-people exchanges between China and European countries.
During his stay in Beijing, President Ning Gang also attended the Re-election Conference of the Chinese Artists Association's Comics, Fine Arts Theory, Ceramics, Arts and Crafts Committee. President Ning Gang and vice dean of the School of Ceramic Fine Arts Huang Sheng were appointed as members of the 3rd Ceramic Art Committee of the Chinese Artists Association.
