1.In 2023, presided over the project Exploration and Practice of the "Integration of Art and Craft" Talent Training Model for Ceramic Art Postgraduates, which received the Second Prize of the First National Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award.

黄胜，景德镇陶瓷大学美术学院院长、教授、博士研究 生导师，享受国务院“政府津贴”，景德镇陶瓷大学学术委员会委员。教育部第三批“全国黄大年式教师教学团队”骨干成员、教育部普通高校艺术类专业考试招生指导委员会（书法类）委员、中国美术家协会陶瓷艺术委员会委员、中国雕塑学会理事、中国文化艺术发展促进会陶瓷专业委员会秘书长、江西省美术家协会雕塑艺委会副会长、曾竹韶雕塑艺术奖学金评审委员会委员、中国青少年雕塑大赛评委会委员、江西省文化名家暨“四个一批”人才，赣鄱英才计划”教育教学高端人才、江西省首届金牌教授、“黄胜名师工作室”称号。被中国轻工业部授予“中国陶瓷艺术与设计教育杰出贡献奖”。

Huang Sheng is the Dean and Professor of the School of Fine Arts at Jingdezhen Ceramic University, as well as a Doctoral Supervisor. He is a recipient of the Special Government Allowance from the State Council and serves as a member of the Academic Committee of Jingdezhen Ceramic University.He is a key member of the Third Batch of the "National Huang Danian-style Teacher Teaching Team" recognized by the Ministry of Education, and a member of the Guidance Committee for Art Major Admissions in Regular Higher Education Institutions (Calligraphy Category) under the Ministry of Education. He also holds multiple prestigious roles, including:
